2015-16 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Brought home All-Conference and All-Region honors for his work in the fall ... Placed third at the CAC Championships with a season-best time of 25:34.0 during the 8k ... Followed that up with a 13th-place finish at the South / Southeast Regionals ... Helped the Captains reach the NCAA Championships for the first time since 1994 and eventually crossed the line in 239th at the national meet ... Registered three top-15 efforts earlier in the year, including a fourth-place performance at the CNU Invitational.
Track & Field - Saw action in the indoor 3000 during the Vince Brown Invitational ... Also competed in the 10,000 during the outdoor season at the Tribe Invitational.
 
2014-15 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Finished 32nd at the CAC Championships after posting a time of 26:04.3 in the 8k … Also had a seventh-place performance during the CNU Invitational and came in 57th during the Charles Bowles Invitational earlier in the year.
Track & Field - Saw action during the Vince Brown Invitational, registering a time of 4:44.77 in the mile.

2013-14 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Finished the year with his top time in the 8k after crossing the line in 26:22.8 during the NCAA South/Southeast Regionals … Also competed in the CAC Championships and finished 17th during the league meet … Had his top finish of the year during the Captain Chris Invitational after placing second in 26:48.6 … Came in 11th during the first competition of the year at the ODAC Preview Meet.
Indoor Season - Placed seventh in the 3000 at the CAC Championships after crossing the line in 9:14.66 … Competed in the 5000 as well, finishing 12th in 16:36.84 during the CNU Holiday Open.
Outdoor Season - Competed in the 1500 and had a pair of top-10 efforts … Shined during the New Captains Classic after finishing fourth in 4:09.28 … Also came in eighth in the 1500 during the Commonwealth Duals … Saw action in the 5000 at the Colonial Relays and notched a time of 16:38.92.
 
2012-13 - Freshman Season:
Indoor Season - Earned Mason-Dixon All-Conference nods after finishing sixth in the 5000 with a time of 16:08.14 during the title meet…Also placed sixth in the distance medley relay during the Captains Invitational…Posted his top effort in the 3000 after finishing 16th with a time of 9:11.29 during the Liberty Open.
Outdoor Season - Came in ninth in the 1500 during the Commonwealth Duals and 13th in the 5000 during the New Captains Classic…Competed in the 10,000 during the Colonial Relays, completing the event in 34:32.95.

At Mills E. Godwin: Standout member of the cross country and track & field teams for the Eagles ... Two-time All-Region and All-Conference selection in cross country ... Also was a three-time All-Conference honoree in indoor and outdoor track & field ... All-Academic honoree during each of his four years as well.
