2019-20 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Placed 65th at the CAC Championships with a time of 31:12.8 in the 8k … Completed that distance in a season-best time of 30:00.5 during the CNU Invitational … Added his top marks in the 5k (19:08.4) at the UMW Opener and the 6k (22:38.9) during the Hornet Harrier Challenge … Also placed 32nd in the 6k at the William & Mary Invitational with a 23:03.1 mark.
Track & Field - Posted his fastest effort in the 800 (2:08.39) at the CNU Qualifier and his top mark in the 400 (55.93) at the Vince Brown Invitational … Also starred in the 4x400-relay during the year, helping guide the foursome to a third-place effort at the Vince Brown Invitational and a sixth-place showing at the Captains Invitational … Took part in the 800 at the CNU Holiday Open as well.

At Mountain View - Earned 11 varsity letters for his work on the cross country and track & field teams ... Was a four-time All-State selection and a seven-time All-Region pick ... Also nabbed five All-Conference accolades ... Won four conference titles and one regional crown while placing second at the state meet in the 4x400-relay ... Served as a team captain on the cross country team as well as both the indoor and outdoor track squads.
