2020-21 - Senior Season:
Cross Country - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Track & Field - Established PRs in the 800 (2:04.98) at the New Captains Classic and the 1500 (4:27.12) at the Blue & Silver Challenge … Finished second in both the 800 and 4x400-relay during the Eagle Invitational … Added a seventh-place showing in the 800 at the UMW Opener … Registered five top-10 finishes in his seven races during the outdoor campaign.
 
2019-20 - Junior Season:
Cross Country - Did not see action during the fall campaign.
Track & Field - Posted a pair of top-10 efforts at the Captains Invitational after coming in sixth in the 4x400-relay (3:49.77) and seventh in the mile (4:58.37) … Added his top mark in the mile at the CNU Qualifier after crossing the line in 4:57.33 … Also took part in that event during the CNU Holiday Open and Vince Brown Invitational.

2018-19 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Finished the 3k in 10:19.4 during the CNU Invitational … Also added a time of 17:58.3 in the 5k at the Mary Washington Opener.
Track & Field - Ran the 800 at the Captains Invitational and came in 13th overall with a 2:10.15 clocking.

2017-18 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Placed 98th at the CAC Championships with a time of 30:45.2 ... Notched his top 8k time at the Don Cathcart Invitational after crossing in 29:32.2 ... Had his top finish with a 35th-place showing in the 5k at the Mary Washington Opener ... Also took part in the 6k at the William & Mary Invitational.
Track & Field - Posted his top 800 time of the year at the Vince Brown Invitational after clocking in at 2:05.35 ... Established his PR in the mile with a 4:54.92 showing at the Captains Invitational ... Ran the 1500 in 4:34.15 during the outdoor season at the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational ... Came through with four top-10 finishes during the year.

At George Mason - Competed on the track & field and cross country teams with the Mustangs … Saw action in distance, mid-distance, and sprinting events during his time at George Mason … Helped the 4x800-relay establish a new school record during his senior campaign in 2017.
