2009 (Junior) - Earned First Team All-USA South honors and also First Team All-State (VaSID)…Played in every game for the Captains…Anchored offensive line that rushed for program-high 509 yards vs. Averett…Helped CNU rush for over 200 yards per game and score 20 rushing TD…Named to USA South Academic All-Conference Team for the third straight year.
2008 (Sophomore) - Earned second team all-USA South honors on the offensive line...For the year he was in on 652 plays with a grade of 86%, including a 94% against Maryville...A Dean’s List student in both semesters and a member of the USA South All-Academic team.
2007 (Freshman) - Played in the Shenandoah, Greensboro and Averett games on the offensive line....A member of the USA South All-Academic team and a Dean’s List student both semesters.
AT KING WILLIAM - As a senior he was named first team all-state at offensive tackle, first team all-region offensive and defensive tackle and First Team All-Tidewater District at both positions...In his junior year he was first team all-state at offensive tackle and all-region and all-district as well...Also a first team all-district offensive tackle and second team defensive tackle as a sophomore...Played in the Virginia High School Coaches Association (VHSCA) all-star game...Played for coach Roger Brookes...Graduated second in his class, was an All-American Scholar and won the Scholar-Athlete Award...National Honor Society President...Volunteered doing road clean-up work, at a children’s hospital and  tutoring and mentoring.
