2012 - Junior - Appeared in three games…Recorded six tackles during the year….Posted three stops against Salisbury and three more to go along with a deflected pass against Hampden-Sydney…Also helped the Captains in their victory over Shenandoah on September 15.

2011 - Sophomore - Saw action in seven games during his second season...Made three solo tackles at Methodist...Recorded three assisted tackles versus Shenandoah...Had one interception against NC Wesleyan that was returned back 20 yards.

2010 - Freshman – Played in the game vs. Methodist and contributed a solo and assisted tackle.

At Hampton – Played five years at defensive back and wide receiver for Virginia’s all-time winningest coach Mike Smith…Also was a member of the track and field team.

Personal – Justin Alexander Ricks was born April 14, 1992…Son of Charles and Lori Ricks…Has one brother, Ricky…Goes by the nickname "Ricks"…Majoring in Communication Studies.
