Biography

2010 (Junior) - Second Team All-USA South at tight end...Ranked fourth on the team in receiving, grabbing 9 passes for 67 total yards and three touchdowns...Also helped block on an offensive line that produced CNU’s third 1,000-yard rusher....Scored TD’s against Greensboro, Maryville and Methodist...Season-high 35 yards receiving on three catches at Maryville...Earned USA South All-Academic honors for third year in a row.

2009 (Sophomore) - Played in five games for CNU…Combined for two tackles…One assisted tackle against N.C. Wesleyan and one against Methodist…Named to the USA South All-Academic Team for second straight season.

2008 (Freshman) - Played in all ten contests for the Captains...Had a solo tackle and two assists against Wikes and added an assisted tackle in the Averett game...Made the USA South all-academic team.

AT FREEMAN - A Second Team All-Colonial District selection...Team captain for coach Bob Brinkley...Also captain of the basketball team...A member of the National Honor Society, Boys State and Beta as well as the Rebel Leadership Council...Did volunteer work  at a local middle school and with the Interact Club.
