Todd Faison returns to the CNU sideline after a three-year hiatus. He will work primarily with the Captains running backs in 2012.
Faison served as a student assistant coach at CNU in 2008 after playing for the Captains from 2004-07. Faison still holds several passing records after playing quarterback for CNU, including most yards passing in a game (331) and a season (1,995) and highest completion percentages in a game (.929), season (.612) and career (.596). He also set a school mark with five touchdown passes in a game vs. Greensboro in 2007.
Faison spent the last three years teaching at Southampton High School in Courtland, Va. where he was also an assistant football coach.
