Paul Crowley

PAUL CROWLEY begins his tenth season as an assistant coach at CNU in 2017. He will be working with the Offensive Line and also begins his ninth season with the title of Recruiting Coordinator for the Captains.

Crowley has coached an All-Conference player in every season as a full time coach,  including Wide Receivers T.J. Foster (2010), Rudy Rudolph (2011-2013), and Taylor Loudan (2015-2016). In addition to twice being First Team All NJAC, Loudan was also named the NJAC Offensive Player of the Year, and the VASID Division 2/Division 3 State Split End of the Year (2015 and 2016). In his sole season coaching Running Backs, Daquan Davis had a career season with 16 total touchdowns, in addition to All USA South Honors.

Crowley served as the offensive play caller during the 2015 and 2016 seasons. During this time CNU had two of the four best passing seasons in program history. Quarterbacks Tyler Quigley and KJ Kearney finished both of their respective seasons with All NJAC Honors. Additionally, in 2016 Kearney broke the school season record for completion percentage on the way to a 7-3 season.  In both seasons the CNU Offense finished top 2 in the NJAC in Passing Offense.

A First Team All-USA South Center with the Captains, Crowley played for CNU from 2005-08. The Virginia Beach native was also a First Team All-Virginia selection in Division II-III.
