2017-18 - Senior Season: Picked up All-Region honors in both the indoor and outdoor shot put as well as the outdoor discus ... Also secured All-Conference nods for his work in the indoor shot put ... Was the runner-up in the shot put during the CAC Indoor Championships after unleashing a 14.41-meter heave ... Added his top mark in the weight throw during that meet as well after coming in fifth in the league with a 14.79-meter toss ... Had his top mark in the shot put during the winter season at the Tufts National Qualifier after unloading a 15.34-meter throw ... Established a PR in the outdoor shot put during the Colonial Relays with a 15.75-meter effort ... Notched his finest showing in the discus (51.90) during the New Captains Classic and his top throw in the hammer (41.25) during the Towson Invitational ... Honored as the CAC Field Athlete of the Week on April 3 after winning a pair of events during the Blue & Silver Challenge ... 2016-17 - Junior Season: Established himself as one of the top throwers in program history … Came in ninth in the discus at the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a 46.42-meter heave … Also won the conference championship and earned All-Region honors in the discus after firing a season-best 49.25-meter throw at the CAC meet … Placed second in the league in the shot put at the indoor championships with a 15.27-meter toss … Collected All-Conference and All-Region plaudits for that performance … Added a season-best effort of 12.33 meters in the weight throw at the CNU Quadrangular as well … Came through with 16 top-five efforts during the year and seven victories … Won both the shot put and discus at the Commonwealth Duals … Honored as the CAC Field Athlete of the Week on April 4.

2015-16: Sophomore Season - Earned All-Region honors in the discus after ranking third in the South / Southeast in the discipline … Posted a season-best effort of 47.30 meters during the Salisbury Elite Final Qualifier … Came in third in the discipline during the CAC Championships while also placing seventh in the shot put with a 12.72-meter heave … Won the discus at both the Salisbury meet and the Commonwealth Duals … Had five top-five efforts during the outdoor campaign ... Also competed on the basketball team and helped the Captains advance to the NCAA Final Four for the first time in program history.

2014-15 - Freshman Season - Won the conference championship in the discus during the CAC Outdoor Championships with a 46.11-meter toss … Also placed seventh in the league in the weight throw during the indoor title meet with a 13.54-meter effort … Competed in the hammer as well and posted his finest performance during the New Captains Classic with a 36.71-meter throw.

At Broadwater Academy - Played all four years for the Vikings as a small forward...Earned All-Conference honors...Also a member of the football team and track & field program...Earned All-State football honors and was a state champion for the track & field team.
