2013 - Senior Season - Helped the Captains piece together the finest season in program history … Saw action in 20 games while leading the team to its first-ever Final Four appearance … Scored a goal at St. Mary’s (Md.) on October 5 … Came through with a pair of assists against Wilson on October 23 … Also handed out a helper at Bridgewater on October 20 … Unloaded 21 shots during the season, including four against Washington & Lee on September 14 … Took part in all three games during the NCAA Tournament, including victories over Centre on November 16 and No. 17 Catholic on November 17 … Also appeared in five battles with nationally-ranked competition during the regular season, including a win over No. 7 Salisbury on October 16.
 
2012 - Junior Season - Appeared in 16 games during her third year with the Captains … Scored a goal during a 5-1 victory at Washington & Lee on October 21 … Finished with 10 shots during the year, including two during the first round of the NCAA Tournament against Gwynedd-Mercy on November 7 … Also saw 15 minutes of action during CNU’s Sweet 16 bout against No. 2 Montclair State on November 10.
 
2011 - Sophomore Season - Saw action in 11 games as a sophomore at Christopher Newport … Posted four shots during the year and turned three of them into goals … Found the back of the cage in her season debut against Centre on September 10 … Added her next tally in a nationally-ranked showdown with No. 20 Johns Hopkins on September 25 … Capped off the year with a dart against Transylvania on November 5.
 
2010 - Freshman Season - Saw the field during seven games as a freshman … Made her collegiate debut during a 5-0 victory over Rhodes on September 5 … Added her first career goal in a 9-0 win at Virginia Wesleyan on September 22 … Also notched a shot against Mary Washington on October 9.
 
At York - Earned first-team All-District and All-Region honors as a senior … Named to the second-team All-State squad as well … Played under head coach Jacque Mayer, who was a two-time All-American and 2008 graduate of CNU … Worked as a 4H Camp Counselor and youth ministry worker at St. Joan of Arc Parish.
 
Personal - Hilary St. Mary is the daughter of Kevin and Cathy St. Mary … Has two sisters, Lauren and Hannah … Lauren played field hockey at Virginia Wesleyan … Majoring in psychology with a minor in communications.
