Kristi Parker, a former field hockey standout at CNU, joins the staff as a student assistant in 2004.

Prior to joining the coaching staff, Parker played four years for the Captains. During that time, she appeared in 53 games and earned 32 starts. A lethal force on the offensive side of the ball, she registered 25 career points, including the first goal in program history after depositing a strike against Notre Dame (Md.) in 2000.

Parker graduated in May 2004 with a degree in Exercise Science. She is currently working towards her Master's degree in Education.
