1986 - SOPHOMORE SEASON - In his last season at CNC, Casey gained valuable playing time but struggled compared to his freshman season...He finished the year batting .253 with a slugging percentage of .289...He did improve on his hits posting 21.

1985 - FRESHMAN SEASON - A sparkplug who came on strong in the last part of 1985 and gave the Captains a solid right fielder...After a slow start, he excelled to hit .378 in his final 14 games...Had 4 hits in a win over St. Andrews and 3 in CNC's upset of No. 1 ranked North Carolina Wesleyan...Tied for the team lead with 8 stolen bases.

AT Phoebus- Named an All-District selection in baseball and football at Phoebus High School.
