1985 - SENIOR SEASON - Drove in 5 runs against Rutgers-Camden setting the individual game high for RBIs...Also set the career mark for walks with 36...Holds the CNC record for most RBIs in a game with 5.

1984 - JUNIOR SEASON - Second on the team in hitting with a .294 mark and ran off an eight-game hitting streak. He also led the club in walks with 19.

1983 - SOPHOMORE SEASON - A utility player a year ago, Batts hit .158 in just 10 games. He did manage to draw his share of walks, however, with 6 in just 25 trips to the plate. Should be the Captains' regular second baseman.

AT BETHEL - Named a baseball captain and all-District choice at Bethel High School.
