2014 - Sophomore Season - Came through with an outstanding performance in goal for the Captains … Saw action in 12 games and earned starts in eight straight contests from September 26 - October 21 … Registered six scoreless appearances, including solo shutouts against Bridgewater on October 8 and Wesley on October 11 … Named the CAC Defensive Player of the Week for those efforts on October 13 … Recorded a pair of double-digit save efforts, including 17 stops at No. 1 Salisbury on October 14 … That effort ranks seventh on the program’s all-time single-game list … Also added 10 saves at Catholic on October 1 … Finished the year with a stellar .861 save percentage and a 1.53 goals-against average … Had at least five saves on six occasions … Eventually compiled 62 total saves and surrendered only 10 goals during her 587 minutes of work.

2013 - Freshman Season - Saw action in six games during her first campaign with the Captains … Did not allow a goal in her 72 minutes of work during the year … Helped the squad post four shutouts, including a 13-0 victory over Wilson on October 23 … Spent a season-high 23 minutes between the pipes and made a save against the Phoenix … Also appeared in shutout victories over Eastern Mennonite on September 21, Frostburg State on September 28, and Bridgewater on October 20 … Played for at least 10 minutes in four games as a freshman.

At Trinity Episcopal - Was a multi-sport standout for four years with the Titans … Served as a goalie on the field hockey team and picked up All-League accolades for her performance in 2012 … Also competed in lacrosse and earned a spot in the 2013 Richmond All-Star Game … Saw action in soccer and on the track & field team as well.

Personal - Savanah Ne'kole Cummings was born on February 3, 1994 in Dalton, Ga. … She is the daughter of Jeff and Rose Cummings … Has two older brothers, Franklyn and David … David was a wrestler and football player at Georgia Southern, while her mother competed in swimming at Michigan and her father played baseball at Georgia Tech … "Into the Wild" is her favorite book, while "The Hanover" and "Dodgeball" are her favorite movies … Her goal is to become an All-American goalie … Majoring in sports medicine.
