2015 - Junior Season - Starred on the defensive end while starting 15 games on the back line for the Captains … Helped anchor a unit that allowed just 8.56 goals-per-contest … Forced 10 turnovers during the season, including four against Coast Guard on March 13 … That total ranks sixth on the program’s all-time single-game list … Also collected 19 ground balls during the season, including three against Coast Guard, at Frostburg State on March 28, and versus No. 11 Salisbury on April 8 … Picked up at least one ground ball in 12 of his 15 appearances … Notched two and added a caused turnover during CNU’s 13-9 victory at No. 15 Washington & Lee to open the year … Also had one in each of his final three appearances, including the regular season finale at York on April 18 and against Mary Washington in the CAC Tournament on April 22.

2014 - Sophomore Season - One of only four players to start all 16 games for the Captains … Helped anchor a stout defensive unit and finished the year with 11 caused turnovers … Forced three turnovers against Mary Washington on April 9 … Also added a pair at Wesley on March 22 and against No. 16 York on April 19 … Caused a turnover in three straight games to open the year and added another one at St. Mary’s on April 12 … Contributed 15 ground balls during the season as well … Scooped up at least two on five occasions, including a pair in back-to-back bouts against Mary Washington and St. Mary’s.

2013 - Freshman Season - Appeared in 16 games and earned 15 starts for the Captains ... Helped anchor a strong defensive unit and collected 17 ground balls while forcing 14 turnovers ... Picked up three ground balls and added a pair of caused turnovers at York on March 30 and Ferrum on April 20 ... Caused a season-high three turnovers during an excellent showing at Goucher on April 6 ... Also added two ground balls to balance out a well-rounded performance against the Gophers ... Forced at least one turnover in six straight games from March 30 - April 20 ... Also caused a pair during a 12-4 victory at Randolph-Macon on February 27 after adding one apiece at Randolph on February 23 and Randolph-Macon on February 27.

At Broad Run - Played four years of lacrosse for coaches Forman and Richardson...Won the district championship three years...A Champion All-American his senior year and an All-District selection...DECA officer and school store manager...Also played three years of football.

Personal - Michael Samuel Mabry was born on May 13, 1993 in Fairfax, Va...He is the son of Bill and Karen Mabry and has a brother, Will...His father played football at Villanova...Majoring in History...Hopes to one day become a teacher, coach, mentor and personal trainer.
