2015 - Senior Season - Became the program’s first-ever three-time All-State selection after securing second-team nods for his efforts during his final year in Newport News … Started all 16 games while anchoring a defensive unit that allowed a program-low 8.56 goals-per-game during the year … Led all defensemen with 19 ground balls and 11 caused turnovers … Forced two turnovers on three occasions, including back-to-back efforts against Wesley on April 11 and St. Mary’s on April 15 … Secured three ground balls twice, including against No. 15 Washington & Lee in the season opener on February 13 … Scored his first career goal at Mary Washington on April 1 … Wrapped up his tenure as the program’s career leader with 64 appearances and 62 starts … Also ranks second in CNU history with 80 caused turnovers and fifth with 119 ground balls.

2014 - Junior Season - Earned second-team All-State accolades after another impressive campaign … Tied the single-season program record with 28 caused turnovers … Forced six in the opener against Washington & Lee on February 15, which equaled the highest single-game total in CNU history … Continued his defensive dominance by causing four turnovers against Eastern on March 6 before matching that effort against Frostburg State on March 29 … Forced at least two turnovers in seven of the team’s 16 games, including a pair of crucial plays during an 8-7 victory against No. 2 Salisbury on April 2 … Also caused a pair of miscues against No. 16 York in the regular season finale … Scooped up 35 ground balls during the year as well … Picked up at least two in 11 games and notched four on three occasions.

2013 - Sophomore Season - Collected second-team All-State accolades following a tremendous campaign with the Captains ... Saw action in all 17 games while making 16 starts ... Tied for the team-lead with 23 caused turnovers and ranked fourth on the squad with 39 ground balls ... Forced a season-high four turnovers against Frostburg State on March 17 ... Also caused three at Randolph-Macon on February 27 and posted at least two on five other occasions, including a pair during the NCAA Tournament against Stevenson on May 8 ... Collected a season-best eight ground balls against the Mustangs during the postseason as well ... Secured at least one ground ball in all but three games during the year, including five against Whittier on March 18 ... Scooped up three and chipped in with two caused turnovers at York on March 30 as well. 

2012 - Freshman Season - Started all 15 games during his first campaign with the Captains ... Ranked second on the team with 18 caused turnovers and stood third with 26 ground balls ... Forced three turnovers in his debut against Washington & Lee on February 18 and later matched that effort against Virginia Wesleyan on April 4 and at Lynchburg on April 11 ... Also caused two turnovers and collected a pair of ground balls against Emmanuel on March 10 and at Roanoke on March 28 ... Picked up a season-best six ground balls against Virginia Wesleyan and added four more against Lynchburg.

At Langley - An All-American, first team All-Region and All-District lacrosse player ... Named the Defensive Player of the Year his senior year...Virginia State champions sophomore through senior years.
