2008 - Junior Year - Made five starts, posting a 2-2 record with wins over Randolph-Macon and Castleton State...Went five innings in each of those games, allowing two runs on five hits against the Yellow Jackets and no runs with two hits and six strikeouts versus Castleton State... Also went 5.1 key innings against N.C. Wesleyan in the final round of the USA South tournament, limiting the Bishops to three runs with 4 Ks.
2007 - Sophomore Year - Made four starts early in the season and then played a key role in the bullpen...Got a win over Eastern Mennonite with four innings of four hit, shutout ball and a victory over Virginia St...Made three straight relief appearances late, against N.C. Wesleyan, Randolph-Macon and Dickinson, in which he allowed one hit and no runs in an inning each.
2006 - Freshman Year - Saw action on the mound in eight contests in his rookie season...Made four consecutive starts, with wins over Misericordia and Mary Washington and losses to Bridgewater and Greensboro... In the two wins he went six innings each time, allowing just one earned run...Struck out a season-high four versus Misericordia.
AT KING WILLIAM - Earned first team all-state honors in his junior year and was an all-region selection in his final two seasons...Also a four-time first team all-Tidewater District choice...Played for coach Gary Brock...He was the team's captain in his junior and senior years and played in the Virginia High School League (VHSL) All-Star Game as a senior...Also a four-year all-academic team member in the Tidewater District.
