Cross Country - Kicked off the year with a 34th-place finish at the UMW Opener after completing the 5k in 18:13.9 … Posted a time of 21:39.6 in the 6k at the Hornet Harrier Challenge.
Track & Field - Placed 15th in the mile at the CNU Holiday Open after clocking in at 4:41.95.

At Granby - Qualified for the cross country and indoor track & field state championships during each of his four years in high school ... Also was a two-time state qualifier in outdoor track ... Was a perennial competitor at the conference championships and reached the regional cross country meet in 2016 and 2018 ... Placed first at the conference meet in cross country as a senior and was an All-State performer in the 1000 during the track season ... Broke 14 school records at Granby ... Qualified for the New Balance Indoor and Outdoor Nationals in the SMR ... Also qualified for the freshman 1600 in 2016 ... Served as a captain on the cross country team as well as both the indoor and outdoor track & field squads ... Earned four letters as a libero and defensive specialist on the volleyball team and two letters for his work as a midfielder on the soccer squad as well ... Also was a talented musician and served as the first violin in the Granby Symphonia and Chamber Orchestras.
