2020-21 - Senior Season: Remained one of the nation’s leading competitors in the heptathlon while starring in the combined event during the spring … Ranked 41st in the NCAA in the heptathlon after compiling a score of 3,990 at the New Captains Classic … That effort also earned her All-Region accolades and slotted her third among all competitors in the South / Southeast Region … Hauled in second-team All-League honors in the 400-hurdles after placing second in the event during the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships with a season-best time of 1:08.93 … Also finished third in the league in the javelin and sixth in both the 100-hurdles and long jump … Unloaded a season-best throw of 37.18 meters in the javelin at the New Captains Classic … That was the second-best toss in the conference during the year and the sixth-finest showing in the region … Named the Coast-to-Coast Conference Field Athlete of the Week on March 23 after winning the javelin with a 37.05-meter launch a the UMW Opener … Also finished first in the event during the Eagle Invitational and led the 4x400-relay to a win at the Blue & Silver Challenge … Continued starring in the classroom and was celebrated as the Coast-to-Coast Conference Scholar-Athlete of the Year … Also earned CoSIDA Academic All-District and VaSID Academic All-State nods for her work.
 
2019-20 - Junior Season: Became just the second track & field athlete in Christopher Newport history to earn CoSIDA Academic All-American honors after picking up third-team plaudits for her work in and out of the classroom ... Garnered All-Region accolades in the pentathlon after ranking third in the event in the South / Southeast … Posted her top effort of the season in the combined discipline after accumulating 2,595 points during the Captains Invitational … Honored as the CAC Field Athlete of the Week on January 27 following that performance … Showcased her versatility with three top-10 finishes at the CAC Indoor Championships … Came in fifth in the 60-hurdles (10.25), sixth in the long jump (4.68 meters), and eighth in the high jump (1.43 meters) … Also competed in the shot put at the league meet and landed a distance of 9.59 meters, which placed her 13th overall … Added a season-best distance of 10.07 meters in the shot at the Vince Brown Invitational … Had a total of six top-10 finishes during the winter season.

2018-19 - Sophomore Season: Pieced together a decorated campaign during her second year with the Captains … Secured All-Region accolades in the pentathlon, heptathlon, and javelin … Ranked first in the South / Southeast in the heptathlon after posting a season-best score of 4,138 during the New Captains Classic … Honored as the CAC Field Athlete of the Week on April 23 after that performance … Claimed the Capital Athletic Conference title in the javelin after unleashing a 39.44-meter toss during the title meet … Posted her top effort of the year in the javelin during the Williams Final Qualifier with a 39.63-meter launch … Registered three top-10 efforts at the CAC Outdoor Championships in addition to her victory in the javelin … Placed sixth in both the 100-hurdles (16.93) and long jump (4.79 meters) while finishing ninth in the high jump (1.42 meters) … Also added a pair of top-10 efforts during the indoor league meet … Finished third in the 60-hurdles (9.74) and seventh in the long jump (4.84 meters) … Established a new PR in the pentathlon with a score of 2,677 during the CNU Pentathlon / Heptathlon … Recorded 14 top-five efforts during the season, including victories in the 100-hurdles at the Blue & Silver Challenge and the 4x100-relay at the Lloyd Sigler Spring Meet … Excelled in the classroom as well while securing a spot on the USTFCCCA National All-Academic Team and the CoSIDA Academic All-District Squad.
                                                                      
2017-18 - Freshman Season: Posted a pair of top-10 finishes during the CAC Indoor Championships … Finished eighth in the 60-hurdles (10.08) and ninth in the long jump (4.89 meters) … Tallied a season-best time of 9.86 in the 60-hurdles during the conference prelims … Also competed in the 100-hurdles, long jump, and javelin during the outdoor league meet … Posted a victory in the javelin during the Dr. Jack Toms Invitational with a 23.80-meter heave … Added her finest throw of the year during the New Captains Classic with a 27.86-meter launch … Had nine top-10 finishes during the year, including a runner-up showing in the 4x400-relay (4:19.20) during the Captains Invitational.

At Spring Grove - Saw action on the track & field team with the Rockets … Was a YAIAA All-Star honoree for her efforts … Competed in the historic Penn Relays during her time at Spring Grove.
