2016 - Freshman Season - Played a key role on serve-receive during her first year with the Captains … Made an immediate impact as a passer while appearing in 32 matches and earning 14 starts … Ranked second on the team with a .953 reception percentage after converting 369 of her 387 attempts during the year … Converted 81 consecutive reception attempts from September 27 - October 15, including a 14-for-14 effort against No. 14 Mary Washington on October 14 … Shined against NCAA Tournament participants throughout the year, finishing 12-for-12 against No. 14 Wisconsin-Whitewater on September 23 before converting 27 of her 28 attempts against No. 4 Southwestern on October 15 … Also was flawless on 11 attempts against Johns Hopkins in the national playoffs on November 11 … Ranked third on the team with 231 digs during the year as well … Posted eight double-digit dig efforts, including three straight from October 7-15 … Had a season-high 15 digs against No. 2 Juniata on September 9 and picked up 12 more the following day against No. 8 Wittenberg … Also slammed 19 aces during the season, including two in back-to-back CAC bouts against Wesley on October 5 and Salisbury on October 7 … Drilled a season-high five kills on just 12 swings against Penn State Harrisburg on October 22.
