Biography

2019 - Junior Season - Made the most of her opportunities during the year, including one of the most dramatic home runs in recent history ... Came off the bench with two runners on in the bottom of the seventh during the final game of the NCAA Super Regionals against Randolph-Macon on May 18 ... With two strikes, she connected on a pinch hit three-run blast to left center, which cut Christopher Newport's deficit down to one ... Also contributed a two-run single against Penn St. Harrisburg on April 16 and laced a double at Mary Washington on April 20 ... Drew a pinch hit walk at Southern Virginia during a four-run rally in the fifth inning on March 30 ... Excelled as a pinch runner as well and swiped a pair of bags during the year ... Scored 13 total runs, including one during the first weekend of the CAC Tournament against Salisbury on April 27 ... Also crossed the plate in a nationally-ranked victory over No. 13 Lynchburg on March 14 ... Saw some time in the field at first base and flawlessly handled all four of her chances ... Finished the season with 34 total appearances while collecting three in five at bats.

2018 - Sophomore Season - Took part in four games during her second year in Newport News … Saw time at third base and compiled a 1.000 fielding percentage … Had two assists and a putout against Rochester on March 3 … Also worked a walk against the Yellowjackets … Flawlessly converted both of her chances in the field, including an assist, against Davis & Elkins on February 24 … Had a putout at William Peace on April 5 as well.

2017 - Freshman Season - Saw action in eight games and earned four starts at third base during her first year with the Captains … Made her collegiate debut and laced a pinch-hit two-run single in her first career at bat against Greensboro on February 25 … Pieced together a memorable performance during a doubleheader against Richard Bland on March 28 … Legged out three triples during the twin bill against the Statesmen, including two in the nightcap … Her two triples in the second contest established a new single-game Captains Park record … Also scored twice and knocked in three runs during the doubleheader … Made her final appearance of the year at Southern Virginia on April 14 and rewarded the Captains with a hit and two RBI … Finished the season with a .278 batting average after roping five hits in 18 at bats … Also scored six runs and knocked in seven … Posted four assists in her first career start at Randolph-Macon on March 16 … Eventually notched 10 assists and four putouts during her time in the field.
 
At Holyoke Catholic - Competed for four years as a member of the Gaels … Saw time as a pitcher and shortstop during her first two years and was a catcher during her final two campaigns … Secured All-Western Massachusetts honors for her efforts as a junior and senior … Also was an honor roll student during her time in the classroom.
