2021 - Senior Season - Established herself as one of the top defensive standouts in program history while securing first-team All-Conference, All-State, and All-Region accolades … Also was named a Synapse Sports third-team All-American and an NFHCA Senior All-Star … Started all 17 games and was a 60-minute machine throughout the season … Played every second in 15 of her 17 outings, including all four battles against nationally-ranked competition and the 80-minute marathon against Centre in the NCAA Tournament on November 10 … Ranked second on the team with 1,017 total minutes of work … Honored as the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week on September 6 and September 20 … Became just the third field player in program history to earn the honor twice in one season … Helped the Captains register seven shutouts, including back-to-back blankings against No. 18 Lynchburg on October 22 and No. 20 Salisbury on October 27 … Blocked a shot during both of those nationally-ranked battles … Finished the season with a team-high 17 deflections, including four against No. 2 Johns Hopkins on September 18 …  Added two blocks against Salisbury in the Coast-to-Coast Conference Championship on November 6 and earned a spot on the All-Tournament Team for that performance … Was a centerpiece on the team’s penalty corner defense, which successfully cleared 92 percent of the opposition’s attempts during the year … Helped hold the opposition to a microscopic .529 shot-on-goal percentage, which marked the lowest rate in school history and was one of the top efforts in the NCAA … Also made an impact on the offensive end with her first collegiate goal against Sewanee on October 17 … Finished the season with five shots, including four at Eastern Mennonite on October 3.

2020 - Junior Season - Appeared in the spring exhibition season during her third year in Newport News ... Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic ... Secured a place on the NFHCA National All-Academic Team for her scholarly achievements during the year.

2019 - Sophomore Season - Put together an award-winning campaign during her second year with the Captains … Collected second-team All-Conference honors while anchoring the back line … Appeared in 15 games and earned starts in the final 14 contests of the year … Rarely left the field while seeing 860 total minutes of action, including at least 60 in 13 of her appearances … Played every second in back-to-back overtime battles against No. 5 Vassar on October 14 and No. 3 Salisbury on October 19 … Had a huge defensive save during the second half of the squad’s 3-2 victory over Vassar … Also added a stop during another one-goal win against St. Mary’s (Md.) in the regular season finale on October 26 … Posted her first defensive save of the year during a conference win against Mary Washington on October 11 … Ranked sixth in the CAC with three defensive saves … Continued her dominance in the playoffs and was named to the CAC All-Tournament Team after playing all 60 minutes during both of the squad’s postseason contests … Helped lead a defensive unit that finished the year ranked in the top-25 nationally in defensive saves, goals-against-average, and save percentage.

2018 - Freshman Season - Stepped right in and made a significant impact on the defensive unit during her first collegiate campaign … Started all 19 games and led the team with 1,277 minutes of action … That total also marked the third-highest by a freshman field player in program history … Ranked sixth in the CAC with three defensive saves … Recorded her first stop at York (Pa.) on October 13 … Came back with two during the first round of the CAC Tournament against Frostburg State on October 28 … One of only two freshmen in school history to record at least two defensive saves in a single game … Helped anchor a back line that limited the opposition to a microscopic .093 shooting percentage during the year, which ranked as the second-lowest single-season rate in program history … Also helped CNU finish the year ranked ninth in the nation in save percentage (.833) and 15th in goals-against-average (0.93) … Saw at least 70 minutes of action in 14 of the team’s 19 games, including six straight contests from September 30 through October 15 … Played every second in four of the team’s shutouts, including her collegiate debut against Bridgewater on August 31.

At T.C. Williams - Starred as a member of the field hockey team … Secured first-team All-Conference accolades during her final two seasons with the Titans … Also was a two-time All-Region selection and picked up first-team All-District nods in 2017 … Named the squad’s Most Valuable Defensive Player as a sophomore and junior … Served as a team captain during her final campaign … Earned a spot on the Regional Tournament Team as a sophomore … Helped the squad claim a conference title in 2015 and a district championship in 2017 … Also competed in soccer and was an All-Conference performer during her freshman year.
