2021 - Senior Season - Continued anchoring the midfield unit while remaining one of the top defensive players on the squad … Earned first-team All-Conference and second-team All-State accolades for her work … Led all midfielders with 947 minutes of action during the year … Helped the Captains register seven shutouts, including back-to-back blankings against No. 18 Lynchburg on October 22 and No. 20 Salisbury on October 27 … Starred in the victory over Lynchburg and was named the Coast-to-Coast Conference Defensive Player of the Week for her performance on October 25 … Played a key role on the penalty corner defense that brushed aside all six of Lynchburg’s attempts during the top-20 duel, including a tackle and interception on the final two tries to stymie the squad’s comeback bid … Served as the stopper on the game-winning goal following an offensive corner against the Hornets as well … Was a centerpiece on the penalty corner defense throughout the year, which cleared 92 percent of the opposition’s attempts … Also helped limit the competition to a miniscule .529 shot-on-goal percentage, which marked the finest rate in program history … Chipped in on the offensive end as well while ranking sixth in the league with four assists … Handed out a helper in the opener against Bridgewater on September 1 … Came back with assists against Washington & Lee on September 11, Rhodes on October 9, and York (Pa.) on October 30 … Played at least 50 minutes in 13 of her appearances and did not miss a second of action on six occasions, including the 80-minute marathon against Centre in the NCAA Tournament on November 10 … Was a dominant presence throughout the postseason and earned a spot on the Coast-to-Coast Conference All-Tournament Team for her efforts in the league playoffs … Finished the season with 18 shots and put eight on cage, including one in both postseason bouts.
 
2020 - Junior Season - Participated in the spring exhibition season during her third year in Newport News ... Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic ... Hauled in NFHCA National All-Academic accolades for the third straight year.

2019 - Sophomore Season - Remained a key cog as a midfielder while making contributions on both sides of the ball during her second year in Newport News … One of six Captains who started all 19 games … Posted her first collegiate goal in the CAC Championship after driving home the equalizer in the third quarter of the title bout against No. 3 Salisbury on November 9 … Also contributed an assist during a nationally-ranked showdown against No. 5 Vassar on October 14 … Dished out two helpers in a league win over Southern Virginia on October 23 … Finished the season with five points while pumping 18 shots, including 15 on cage … Was equally effective on the defensive end while helping limit the opposition to a league-best .109 shooting percentage … Helped the Captains rank 25th nationally in goals-against-average while assisting in five shutouts … Played at least 50 minutes in all three of the squad’s 1-0 victories during the year, including a triumph against No. 9 Rochester on September 1 … Eventually played 980 total minutes during the season and eclipsed 60 in a pair of overtime thrillers … Saw at least 50 minutes of action during 14 of her appearances, including four of the squad’s battles against top-10 foes.

2018 - Freshman Season - One of only two freshmen to appear in all 19 games during the year … Earned 14 starts, including the final nine games of the season … Contributed on a defensive unit that ranked 15th in the NCAA with a 0.93 goals-against-average … Came through with a crucial defensive save during a one-goal victory over nationally-ranked Vassar on September 7 … Helped the Captains register nine shutouts during the year … Aided on the offensive end as well with three assists during the season … Notched her first career point with a helper against Concordia-Wisconsin on September 29 … Also added assists in victories over St. Mary’s (Md.) on October 17 and Frostburg State on October 28 … Laced seven shots and put all of them on cage … Roped a season-high three shots against Frostburg State during a regular season tilt on October 20 … Played 802 minutes during the year and saw at least 25 minutes of action during every game … Established a season-high with 66 minutes of work during a marathon victory at Mary Washington on September 30 … Also eclipsed 50 minutes during the final two games of the CAC Tournament, including 52 in the championship bout against No. 7 Salisbury on November 3.

At Albemarle - Competed in multiple sports during her time with the Patriots … Starred as a member of the field hockey team … Earned second-team All-State accolades for her efforts … Also was a first-team All-Region and All-Scrimmage Play selection … Served as a team captain … Helped lead Albemarle to conference championships from 2015-17 … Saw time with the track & field and lacrosse teams as well.
