2020 - Senior Season - Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic ... Earned NFHCA National All-Academic honors for the second straight year.

2019 - Junior Season - Took part in nine games during her third year in Newport News ... Scored a goal while playing a season-high 26 minutes during a conference win over Southern Virginia on October 23 ... Appeared in a pair of nationally-ranked battles at the beginning of the year with bouts against No. 4 Messiah on August 30 and No. 9 Rochester on September 1 ... Saw 23 minutes of work during the squad's 1-0 victory over the nationally-ranked Yellowjackets to cap off that early season stretch ... Also played 23 minutes in a non-conference win over DePauw on September 6 ... Helped the Captains upend York (Pa.) during a crucial CAC bout on October 26 ... Had at least 10 minutes of work in four games during the year, including a victory at Concordia (Wisc.) on September 13 ... Finished the season with 112 minutes of action.

2018 - Sophomore Season - Continued serving as a spark on the attack during her second season at CNU … Ranked fourth on the team with five goals and fifth with 12 points … Showed impressive accuracy, posting a stellar .857 shot-on-goal percentage, which ranked as the highest mark in the CAC among players with at least 20 attempts … Finished fourth in the conference with three game-winning strikes … Scored the clincher in one-goal victories over nationally-ranked Vassar on September 7 and Lynchburg on October 3 … Also contributed the game-winner in a league triumph over Frostburg State on October 20 … Found the back of the cage in back-to-back outings against Washington & Lee on September 22 and Concordia-Wisconsin on September 29 … Added assists in triumphs over Randolph-Macon on September 19 and Centre on October 7 … Appeared in all 19 games and earned 11 starts, including five straight from October 15-24 … Saw 622 minutes of action during the year, including a season-high 49 at Mary Washington on September 30 … Played at least 35 minutes in eight of her appearances.

2017 - Freshman Season - Flashed immediate potential as an offensive threat during her first year with the Captains … Appeared in 10 games and was one of three freshmen to earn a start in the season opener against Virginia Wesleyan on September 1 … Scored her first collegiate goal at St. Mary’s (Md.) on October 19 … Came back with a key strike in her next appearance against No. 16 York (Pa.) on October 21 … Less than 30 seconds after checking in against the Spartans, she forced a turnover, flipped the field, and scored her second goal of the season, which helped lock up the CAC regular season title with a 4-2 win over York (Pa.) … Finished the year with eight shots, including five on goal … Saw 171 total minutes of action, including 35 in the opener against Virginia Wesleyan and 33 against Frostburg State on October 15.

At Nansemond River - Shined as a multi-sport standout with the Warriors … Played three years of field hockey and picked up All-Conference accolades every season … Was a second-team All-League selection as a sophomore before earning first-team plaudits during her final two campaigns … Also received the 2015 Team Coach’s Award and was a co-captain during her senior season …  Led the squad to a conference title in 2014 ... Competed in tennis, track, and swimming as well … Helped lead the tennis team to four conference championships and a pair of appearances in the state semifinals … Honored with the Coach’s Award for her efforts in tennis as a senior.
