2019 - Senior Season - Solidified her legacy as one of the program’s finest midfielders with a dynamic senior campaign … Earned second-team All-American honors from Synapse Sports and third-team plaudits from the NFHCA … Became the 10th Captain to receive national accolades from both organizations in the same season … Also collected first-team All-Conference, All-State, and All-Region nods for her efforts … Established a new career-high with six assists, which placed her sixth in the CAC … Her four helpers in league action also marked the most by any player in the conference … Posted a pair of assists against Mary Washington on October 11 … Set up game-winning tallies against Bridgewater on September 25 and York (Pa.) on October 26 … Also handed out helpers in victories over Rhodes on September 28 and Southern Virginia on October 23 … Excelled on the defensive end as well while helping the Captains hold opponents to a league-best .109 shooting percentage … Helped anchor the squad’s penalty corner defense, which brushed aside 93 percent of the opposition’s attempts during the year … Led all midfielders with 1,107 minutes of action and played at least 50 minutes in 16 of her appearances, including four shutouts … Also eclipsed 60 minutes in all three overtime battles and helped cap off Christopher Newport’s marathon with Centre on September 15 by converting the team’s first attempt during the penalty shootout … Played all 60 minutes in both postseason battles and was named to the CAC All-Tournament Team for her efforts … Capped off her career by appearing in the NFHCA Senior All-Star Game … Finished her tenure ranked second in program history in minutes (4,607), third in starts (73), and ninth in appearances (74).

2018 - Junior Season - Continued anchoring the midfield unit while piecing together another award-winning season … Earned first-team All-Conference and All-State accolades while securing second-team All-Region nods … Started all 19 contests and excelled in every facet of the game … Served as a key component on the squad’s penalty corner defense, which stopped 118 of the opposition’s 127 attempts during the season … Helped limit the opposition to a minuscule .093 shooting percentage during the year, which marked the second-lowest single-season rate in program history … Also contributed 11 points on the offensive end … Erupted for two goals and an assist against Randolph-Macon on September 19 … Posted three points, including her first goal of the season, in the opener against Bridgewater on August 31 … Dished out a pair of helpers in the first round of the CAC Tournament against Frostburg State on October 28 … Also added an assist in a conference victory over St. Mary’s (Md.) on October 17 … Saw 1,148 minutes of action during the year … Played at least 50 minutes in 14 of her appearances and eclipsed 70 on three occasions, including the squad’s marathon victory over Mary Washington on September 30.

2017 - Sophomore Season - Remained a key cog on the midfield unit while serving as one of the team’s top two-way players … Earned second-team All-Conference accolades for her work during the year … Finished the season with 10 points after notching three goals and four assists … Drove home a pair of goals at Oberlin on September 8 after tallying two assists in the season opener against Virginia Wesleyan on September 1 … Also chipped in with a three-point performance after collecting a goal and an assist against Frostburg State on October 15 … Added her final point of the season with a helper against No. 8 Kean in the NCAA Tournament on November 11 … Was equally effective on the defensive end while helping CNU finish first in the nation with a 0.67 goals-against-average … Came through with a defensive save against nationally-ranked Catholic on September 13 … Played at least 70 minutes in six of her 17 appearances, including all three postseason battles … Saw a season-high 81 minutes of work while helping the Captains win the CAC Championship during a double-overtime thriller against No. 6 Salisbury on November 4.

2016 - Freshman Season - Made a seamless transition to college with one of the finest debut campaigns in recent memory ... Secured second-team All-Conference accolades for her work on the field ... Started all 19 games and ranked second on the team with 1,303 minutes of action ... That total also marked the second-most by a freshman field player in program history ... Played a key role on the midfield unit that helped frustrate opposing attacks while limiting the opposition to a 0.78 goals-per-game average, which ranked as the sixth-lowest rate in the NCAA ... Played at least 70 minutes in 16 of her appearances, including the final 14 games of the year ... Did not miss a second of action in six of the team's nine shutouts ... Also was integral on the offensive end with eight points, including three goals ... Registered the first three points of her career with a goal and an assist against Wesley on October 14 ... Came back with a goal in back-to-back appearances at No. 2 Salisbury on October 19 and Frostburg State on October 23 ... Capped off the year with an assist against Mary Washington in the CAC semifinals on November 2.
