2023 - 5th-Year Senior Season - Polished off her collegiate career with one of the finest seasons by a defender in program history ... Earned first-team All-Conference accolades and was a second-team All-State and All-Region selection for her efforts ... Also secured a spot in the IWLCA North-South Senior All-Star Game ... Became the first athlete in Christopher Newport history to serve as a team captain for four seasons after earning the honor again in 2023 ... Ranked seventh in the league with 30 ground balls and 10th with 20 caused turnovers ... Forced four miscues against No. 14 Messiah on March 18 ... Came back with another stellar showcase against a nationally-ranked foe in a marathon battle against No. 4 Salisbury on April 29 ... Had two takeaways in the second half against the Sea Gulls and plucked four ground balls, including one in the final moments of regulation to kill off Salisbury's final surge and send the game into overtime ... 2021 - Junior Season - Continued to serve as a team captain … Bounced back from an injury that sidelined her early in the season and helped solidify the defensive unit midway through the year … Saw action in the final eight games and started the last six … Stepped up in the postseason with three ground balls and a caused turnover during a victory over No. 24 Mary Washington in the Coast-to-Coast Conference Semifinals on April 28 … Also snagged a roller in the championship bout at No. 4 Salisbury on May 1 … Had a takeaway in back-to-back games at No. 4 Salisbury on April 3 and No. 22 St. Mary’s (Md.) on April 5 … Added a ground ball in a league win at Southern Virginia on April 7 as well … Made her season debut in a triumph over No. 20 St. Mary’s (Md.) on March 31 … Also helped the team upend No. 19 Mary Washington on April 10 … Finished the year with six ground balls and three caused turnovers ... 2020 - Sophomore Season - Selected as a team captain during her second year with the program … Helped anchor the defensive unit while appearing in seven games and earning six starts … Posted two ground balls and forced a turnover in the season finale against Coast Guard on March 10 … Added takeaways in back-to-back appearances against Washington (Md.) on February 29 and No. 6 Washington & Lee on March 4 … Contributed her first ground ball of the season in a victory over Virginia Wesleyan on February 26 … Played a key role on a back line that limited the opposition to a combined .376 shooting percentage during the year, which marked the second-lowest rate in program history ... Continued her successful work in the classroom as well while hauling in Academic All-Conference nods for the second straight year.
 
2019 - Freshman Season - Made a crucial impact on the defensive side of the ball during her first year in Newport News ... Appeared in 17 games and earned 15 starts on the back line ... Forced four turnovers during a highlight-reel performance against Messiah on March 21 ... Also caused a turnover and added a ground ball in both games during the CAC Tournament ... Added a caused turnover during a conference contest against No. 5 Mary Washington on April 6 as well ... Finished the season with seven caused turnovers and nine ground balls ... Collected three rollers against Virginia Wesleyan on February 27 ... Made her collegiate debut and earned a starting assignment in the season opener against Meredith on February 16 ... Earned starts in her final five appearances of the year as well, including three bouts against nationally-ranked competition ...
