2017-18 - Senior Season (Track & Field): Capped off his career by earning All-American accolades in the discus ... Placed second in the nation in the event during the NCAA Outdoor Championships after firing a 54.45-meter toss ... That effort also established a new school record ... Named the USTFCCCA South / Southeast Region Field Athlete of the Year ... Secured All-Conference and All-Region honors in the discus, hammer, and weight throw ... 2016-17: Junior Season (Track & Field): Put together a breakout campaign as one of the top throwers in the conference … Qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the discus and finished 20th in the nation with a 38.79-meter toss … Set the school record in the event at the Liberty Twilight with a 49.74-meter heave … Placed second at the CAC Championships and earned All-Conference honors in the indoor weight throw (15.67 meters) and outdoor hammer (46.87 meters) … Had his top mark in the weight throw at the George Mason Last Chance Meet with a 16.03-meter toss … Celebrated as an All-Region selection in the weight throw, hammer, and discus … Notched his top performance in the shot put while placing 12th at the CAC Outdoor Championships with a 12.53-meter mark.

2016 - Junior (Football) - Appeared in three contests during his third year as a member of the Captains … Caught his first collegiate pass with a six-yard reception in the season finale against Southern Virginia on November 12 … Also appeared in conference victories against No. 17 Wesley on September 17 and William Paterson on November 5.

2015-16: Sophomore (Track & Field) - Secured All-Conference honors in the outdoor discus after finishing second at the CAC Championships with a 45.48-meter heave … Posted his top mark in the event at the Salisbury Elite Final Qualifier after landing a 45.58-meter throw … Came in 10th in the hammer throw at the league meet and had a top distance of 44.33 meters in the event … Placed eighth in the CAC during the weight throw at the indoor championships with a 13.70-meter mark … Wrapped up the year with nine top-five finishes during his second season with the Captains.

2015 - Sophomore (Football) - Did not see any game action during his second season with CNU Football.

2014-15 - Freshman (Track & Field) - Won the conference championship in the discus during the CAC Outdoor Championships with a 46.11-meter toss … Also placed seventh in the league in the weight throw during the indoor title meet with a 13.54-meter effort … Competed in the hammer as well and posted his finest performance during the New Captains Classic with a 36.71-meter throw.

2014 - Freshman (Football) - Appeared in one game during his first year as a Captain, making his collegiate debut against Salisbury on September 6.

At Parkland - Member of the football and track & field teams all four years...Played as a wide receiver and linebacker in his junior and senior seasons, helping lead team to a pair of conference and district titles...Earned honorable mention All-District honors as a senior and was named to the All-Star team...Two-time All-Conference for the track and field team, throwing discus.
