2016 - Junior - Established herself as a dominant center back in her second year as a defender, starting 20 games during her third year overall...Earned first team All-Conference and All-State (VaSID) honors...Also named a first team All-Region pick by the NSCAA, becoming just the third defender in program history to earn All-Region honors...With the rest of the back line, held opponents to just seven goals in the first 19 games with 12 shutouts...Allowed just 8.1 shots per game and broke the program record for goals-against average with a 0.61 mark...Since moving to defense, the Captains have 21 shutouts in 41 games...Two-time CAC Defensive Player of the Week selection...Also chipped in offensively with two goals and an assist...Scored the game-winning goal at Frostburg State (10/8)...Took six total shots.

2015 - Sophomore - Made move to the defensive side of the ball and became one of the Captains most reliable defenders...Played in 19 games, making 18 starts...Ranked second on the team in total minutes played...Picked up three assists, notching single helpers against Mary Washington, York (Pa.) and defending national champion Lynchburg...Took 16 shots, including six on-frame...Helped defense secure nine shutouts and post a 0.93 goals against average...Held opponents to just 9.6 shots per game...Member of the CAC All-Academic Team.

2014 - Freshman - Helped strengthen one of the top offenses in program history, starting 18 of 20 games played in her first year with the Captains...Scored one goal and registered a pair of assists...Her lone tally was a game-winning strike against Salisbury in the regular season finale, helping clinch the regular season title and top seed for CNU in the conference tournament... Assisted on goals against Wesley on September 27 and Frostburg State on November 5...Ranked second on the team with 47 shots, putting 32 on-frame.

At Atlantic Shores - Played forward all four years under head coach Scott Osborne...All-time leading scorer with 115 career goals and 65 career assists...Record holder for points, goals and assists...Earned first team All-Conference honors all four years...Also a four-time All-State selection, including three straight first team All-State selections...Named conference MVP three times...Wendy's High School Heisman Award winner...Member of the National Honor Society.
