2009 - Junior Year - Honorable Mention All-USA South for the third straight year and Second Team All-Virginia Division II-III...Had two four-hit games, against Bridgewater and St. Mary's, and three hits each versus Rowan, N.C. Wesleyan, Randolph-Macon, Hampden-Sydney and another game with Bridgewater...Had two hits in 11 other games and homered against Mary Washington, Methodist and Averett...Added four RBI in contests with St. Mary's and Methodist...

2008 - Sophomore Year - Named Honorable Mention All-USA South at third base and was chosen Second Team All-Virginia Division II-III...Had a big four-hit game against Division II Pace, including  a double and two RBI...Also had ten other games with two hits each...Homered and had three RBI in a win over Eastern Mennonite and had four other games with two RBI each...Stole eight bases in ten attempts...

2007 - Freshman Year - Took over the DH job just a few games into his freshman year and eventually was named Honorable Mention All-USA South...Had nine multi-hit games, topped by three against Piedmont...Added a pair of RBI in a game with Shenandoah...Was second on the squad with a .315 batting average...A member of the USA South All-Academic Team...

At Strasburg - A First Team All-Bull Run District selection at both shortstop and pitcher...Also named All-Area at shortstop, pitcher, utility and DH...Started all 92 games of his career for coach Jeff Smoot and pitched ten straight complete games at one point...Hit .452 and recorded 209 strikeouts in 184 innings pitched...Stole 49 bases in 51 tries...Also played football and basketball...An Honors student.

Personal - Parker Joseph Neil was born February 21, 1988 in Strasburg, Va...The Government major is the son of Jay and Tina Neal...His brother Matt played baseball at CNU, his father was a football player at Virginia Tech and his mother played basketball at James Madison.
