2005 - Freshman Season - Played in almost every game as a defensive specialist, picking up a total of 203 digs, fifth highest on the team...Had 11 digs each against East Texas Baptist and Virginia Wesleyan and added ten in a match with Greensboro.

AT OSBOURN PARK – Named second team all-region as a senior... Also first team all-area...First team all-Cedar Run District for two years...Coach Kate Southcott's team captain

as a senior.

PERSONAL - Christie Lee Kirby was born July 28, 1987 in Fairfax, Va...She is the daughter of Curtis and Linda Kirby and is majoring in Communications...Has a brother Curt, 22, who is also a CNU student, and a sister Jaime, 24...Enjoys being outdoors, hunting and shopping.
