2023 - Senior Season - Helped anchor the defensive unit while providing a veteran presence on the back line throughout her final year with the Captains ... Started all 18 games and ranked third on the team with 953 minutes of action ... Contributed a momentum-turning defensive save during a 3-2 win over No. 11 Kean on September 30 ... Also blocked three shots in that bout with the Cougars, including two in the fourth quarter ... Finished the year with six total deflections, including one in each of the squad's two nationally-ranked battles with Salisbury ... Stoned a rip against the sixth-ranked Sea Gulls during a corner attempt in the opening quarter of the league championship on November 4 ... Also blocked a shot at Centre on October 22 ... Honored as the C2C Defensive Player of the Week on September 25 and October 2 ... Became the first field player in program history to earn that award in back-to-back weeks ... Helped anchor a defense that allowed just 0.95 goals per game, which was the 14th-best rate in the NCAA ... Also played a key role in each of the squad's 10 shutouts ... Anchored the penalty corner defense, which successfully handled 95 percent of the opposition's attempts during the year ... Blocked seven shots on corner attempts, which was tied for the team-lead ... Ranked second in the league with four defensive saves ... Posted a pair of stops in a 2-0 win over No. 13 Shenandoah on October 12 ... 2021 - Sophomore Season - Earned a starting position on the midfield unit and rewarded the Captains with a standout campaign … Posted seven points during the season, including a goal in three straight games from September 18 - October 3 … Kicked off that scoring streak with her first collegiate tally in a top-20 duel at No. 2 Johns Hopkins … Came back with goals against St. Mary’s (Md.) on September 25 and Eastern Mennonite on October 3 … Also handed out an assist in a win over Sewanee on October 17 … Started the first 12 games of the season and saw action in 14 total tilts … Was sidelined with an ailment late in the regular season but made an incredible recovery to play in both postseason bouts, including 49 minutes of action in the NCAA Tournament against Centre on November 10 … Had 665 total minutes of work during the year, including 60-minute marathons against Rhodes on October 9 and Mary Washington on October 12 … Played at least 50 minutes in eight of her appearances, including a nationally-ranked showdown with No. 10 Kean on September 5 … Helped out on the corner unit as an inserter on nine occasions, including a pair at No. 2 Johns Hopkins on September 18 … Finished the season with 12 shots, including seven on-target rips.
 
2020 - Freshman Season - Took part in the spring exhibition season during her first year in Newport News ... Did not compete in the fall following a decision by the NCAA and Capital Athletic Conference to suspend athletic competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

At Warhill - Hauled in All-State accolades during each of her final two campaigns with the Lions … Picked up first-team nods in 2018 … Also was a perennial first-team All-Region selection for her efforts … Garnered All-District honors as a junior and served as a team captain during her final two years … Helped the squad place second in three straight Regional Championships from 2017-19 … Competed with the Focus Field Hockey Club as well.
