Cross Country - Came in 23rd at the C2C Championships after completing the 6k in 23:52.0 ... Also added a top-50 mark at the NCAA South Regionals after finishing 47th in 24:03.0 ... Wrapped up the Rowan Interregional Border Battle in 24:02.6, which placed her 87th in the field.
Track & Field - Hauled in All-Region honors and was a first-team All-State selection for her work in the DMR ... Helped the relay post a time of 12:36.75 at the Camel City Invitational, which established a new school record ... Also vaulted up the program's all-time charts in a pair of individual events ... Completed the mile in 5:16.46 during the Oceanfront Invitational, which moved her to eighth in school history ... Jumped to 10th on the all-time list in the 3000 with a time of 10:38.35 at the Camel City Invitational ... Posted a victory in the 3000 at the CNU Holiday Open and finished second in the 800 and mile at the Captains Invitational ... Named the C2C Women's Track Athlete of the Week on January 29.

2022-23 - Sophomore Season:
Cross Country - Earned a spot on the All-Region squad after placing 30th at the NCAA South Regional Championships ... Also garnered second-team All-League nods after finishing 10th in the 6k at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships with a mark of 22:28.4 ... Also broke the 24-minute mark in the 6k at the Rowan Border Battle and Paul Short Run ... Finished 31st in the event during the NCAA Regional Preview ... Kicked off the year with a time of 15:34.0 in the 4k at the Spider Alumni Open ... Secured USTFCCCA National All-Academic honors for her work in the classroom as well.
Track & Field - Capped off the year by winning the 3000-steeplechase at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships ... Posted a PR of 11:33.27 in the event at the title meet, which ranked as the seventh-fastest clocking in the South Region during the 2023 campaign ... Also garnered second-team All-Conference and All-State recognition as a member of the indoor DMR ... Helped lead the foursome to a second-place showing at the indoor league meet with a total time of 12:51.12 ... Came in fifth in the mile and sixth in the 800 at the winter championships as well ... Also placed seventh in the outdoor 800 at the spring competition ... Established a new personal-best in the 3000 at the Blue Marlin Invitational after clocking in at 10:59.27 ... Set a PR in the mile at the Camel City Invitational with a 5:28.24 mark ... Notched her top efforts in the 1500 (4:57.40) at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic and the 800 (2:25.69) at the Hopkins-Loyola Invitational ... 2021-22 - Freshman Season:
Cross Country - Finished in the top-50 at the NCAA South Regionals after polishing off the fall campaign with a 47th-place showing in 24:52.8 … Set a PR in the 6k at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Championships after coming in 23rd overall in 23:59.4 … Placed 11th in the race during the CNU Invitational with a 25:42.0 mark … Also completed the 6k in 24:04.7 at the Paul Short Run … Set a two-mile PR in her collegiate debut after finishing the competition in 12:22.1 at the Spider Alumni Open.
Track & Field - Snatched second-team All-League accolades in the 3000-steeplechase after finishing as the runner-up with a time of 12:06.13 at the Coast-to-Coast Conference Outdoor Championships … Also registered a pair of top-10 showings at the indoor league meet … Came in fifth among conference competitors in the mile (5:37.34) and ninth in the 800 (2:34.66) … Threw down a pair of personal-best efforts during the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic after finishing the 800 in 2:28.18 and the 1500 in 5:07.16 … Completed the 5000 in 18:49.98 at the prestigious Colonial Relays … Added indoor PRs in the mile (5:33.86) at the Richard Drake Invitational and the 3000 (11:16.56) during the CNU Qualifier … Had seven top-five finishes during the year, including victories in the steeplechase at both the New Captains Classic and Eastern Shore Challenge.
 
At Wilson Memorial - Was a decorated member of both the cross country and track & field teams … Secured All-State accolades in the 800, 1000, and 1600 … Graduated as the school’s record-holder in the 1000 … Helped lead the outdoor track & field team to the 2018 state championship … Also was an All-Region performer in cross country … Saw action on the varsity volleyball and basketball teams as well.
