Kicked off the postseason with eight faceoff wins and four ground balls during the Coastal Lacrosse Conference Semifinals against Stockton on May 1 ... Captured at least one faceoff in all three games during the NCAA Tournament, including five in the opening battle against Cabrini on May 11 ... Came back with two wins against No. 15 Stevens on May 12 before adding his final triumph at No. 2 RIT in the national quarterfinals on May 18 ... 2023 - Senior Season - Served as a team captain and provided leadership both on and off the field while helping guide Christopher Newport to the NCAA Final Four for the second time in program history ... Appeared in 10 games as a faceoff specialist ... Won 29 of his 59 total duels while finishing with a .492 faceoff percentage ... Went 10-for-16 at the dot to go along with three ground balls in the second round of the NCAA Tournament against Hope on May 12 ... Also captured a victory against No. 7 Gettysburg on May 13 before making his final appearance in the national semifinals at No. 2 Salisbury on May 21 ... Captured seven of his 12 faceoffs and collected a season-high six ground balls against Kean on April 29 ... Added three victories at Mary Washington on April 22 and against Kean during the Coastal Lacrosse Conference Semifinals on May 5 ... Went 2-for-2 in regular season triumphs over Randolph-Macon on March 1 and Stockton on April 15 ... Finished the season with 14 total ground balls and posted at least one in six of his appearances during the year.

2022 - Junior Season - Remained a key member of the faceoff unit while appearing in 13 games during his third year in Newport News … Ranked second on the squad with a .604 faceoff percentage after winning 32 of his 53 battles during the season … Captured at least 50 percent of his duels in nine of his outings, including his last five appearances … Kicked off the NCAA Tournament with a stellar 9-for-12 showcase while adding seven ground balls during a victory over Sewanee in the national opener on May 14 … Came back and won two more faceoffs in a triumph against No. 14 Wesleyan in the Sweet 16 on May 14 … Captured all three of his duels in regular season wins against Catholic on March 5 and Southern Virginia on April 6 … Was a perfect 2-for-2 against Colorado College on April 24 as well … Chipped in with victories during nationally-ranked showdowns against No. 19 Ursinus on March 9 and No. 10 Gettysburg on March 18 … Finished the year with 23 ground balls … Had at least two rollers in six games, including four straight outings from April 6 - May 14 … Also unloaded three shots during the season, including a pair of on-target attempts.

2021 - Sophomore Season - Made significant contributions on faceoffs and the midfield unit during his second year with the Captains … Won 45 of his 87 faceoff attempts while adding 19 ground balls … His .517 faceoff percentage was the highest on the squad … Secured eight of his 11 attempts and grabbed four ground balls during a dominant showcase against Southern Virginia on March 3 … Won seven more faceoffs and registered an assist in a rematch with the Knights on April 24 … Also added an assist while going 4-for-5 on faceoffs in the regular season finale against St. Mary’s (Md.) on May 1 … Went 5-for-9 with two ground balls in the team’s overtime win against No. 2 Lynchburg on March 20 … Three of his faceoff victories against the nationally-ranked Hornets came in the fourth quarter … Also won a faceoff and grabbed a roller against No. 4 Lynchburg in the squad’s NCAA Quarterfinal victory on May 22 … Made his last appearance of the year and took a pair of faceoffs in the Final Four at No. 2 Salisbury on May 23 … Won at least two faceoffs in nine of his outings, including five straight appearances from March 3-20 … Also collected a ground ball in 10 games and had two or more on six occasions … Pumped four shots during the year and put two on cage.

2020 - Freshman Season - Contributed in a variety of ways while appearing in all six games during his debut campaign … Won three faceoffs during the year, including one in each of his first two collegiate outings … Came back with another win and forced a turnover against Eastern on March 4 … Also registered his first collegiate point with an assist during that triumph over the Eagles … Plucked at least one ground ball in four of his appearances and finished the year with six total rollers … Had two ground balls on a pair of occasions, including a win at Roanoke on February 19.

At Collegiate - Secured honors for his work on the lacrosse and football teams with the Cougars ... Excelled on the lacrosse team for three years and was a second-team All-VISAA selection for his work ... Also secured first-team All-League accolades ... Picked up first-team All-VISAA and All-League nods for his work on the gridiron as well ... Also named the 2018 Team Defensive MVP and received honorable mention All-Metro accolades ... Served as a team captain on both squads ... Earned the 2019 Richmond Times-Dispatch Scholar-Athlete Award.
