2011 - JUNIOR SEASON - Started all 44 games played behind the dish for CNU...Hit 12 extra-base hits including four home runs...Drove in a career-best 32 runs and led the team in sacrifice flies with five...Scored 24 runs...Had season-high nine game hit streak, including 3-6 performance with two RBI and two runs at Greensboro College...Named to Academic All-Conference team...

2010 - SOPHOMORE SEASON – Started 27 of 28 games played in his second year at CNU…Scored 27 runs and drove in 23…Smacked six home runs and led the team in slugging percentage (.716)…Second on the team in batting, with a .368 average…Was also a sure-handed defender behind the plate, fielding at a .994 clip with just one error all season…Had home runs against Albertus Magnus, Stevenson, Randolph-Macon, Greensboro, NC Wesleyan, and Shenandoah…Also led the team in on-base percentage (.470)…Named to USA South All-Academic Team…

2009 - FRESHMAN SEASON - Split the catching duties with Steven Lindemuth and did some DHing as well...Had two-hit games against Gwnedd-Mercy, Bridgewater, Greensboro, Methodist, Salisbury and Shenandoah, the last two being in the NCAA Regionals...Had three RBI against Penn State-Abington and two each versus Bridgewater, Greensboro and Methodist.

AT GREAT BRIDGE - Played baseball from the eighth grade on under coach Wiley Lee...Graduated with honors.

PERSONAL - Ben Daniel Lenda was born May 11, 1990 in Norfolk, Va...Son of Brian and Cynthia Lenda...Has a brother, Ian (22), who played baseball for CNU...Has not yet decided on a major.
