2021 - Sophomore Season - Orchestrated a breakout campaign while securing first-team All-Conference, second-team All-State, and third-team All-Region accolades for her work in the circle … Led the league with 24 appearances, 21 starts, 129.0 innings, and 155 strikeouts … Her strikeout total also ranked 20th in the NCAA and placed her fourth on the program’s all-time single-season list … Stood second among conference competitors with 12 wins, 15 complete games, and a 1.74 ERA … Limited the opposition to a .225 batting average … Had five double-digit strikeout games, including 12 punch outs against William Peace on March 3 and Bridgewater on April 28 … Kicked off the postseason with 10 strikeouts against Salisbury during the Coast-to-Coast Conference Tournament on May 7 … Also had 11 strikeouts against Averett on March 9 and registered 10 at Emory & Henry on March 13 … Her 8.41 strikeouts-per-seven-innings rate marked the second-highest by a Captain in school lore … Kicked off the season with an incredible run while compiling a 7-1 record, 1.19 ERA, and 70 strikeouts in her first 11 appearances … Named the Coast-to-Coast Conference Pitcher of the Week on March 8 and 15 for that run … Also secured the league's weekly award on May 3 after her 12-strikeout one-hitter against Bridgewater … Fired two shutouts during the year after tossing a pair of five-inning gems against Transylvania on March 14 and Mary Washington on April 24 … Completed seven innings in nine of her appearances, including a nationally-ranked duel against No. 2 Virginia Wesleyan on March 17 … Held the opposition scoreless in seven of her outings, including three innings of relief work against N.C. Wesleyan on March 10, which resulted in her lone save of the season … Secured Academic All-Conference accolades for her work in the classroom as well.

2020 - Freshman Season - Stepped right in and saw immediate action as a key member of the pitching staff … Led the team with six appearances in the circle while making three starts during her first collegiate campaign … Posted an incredible 21-to-1 strikeout-to-walk ratio, which was the best rate by any freshman in the nation and the sixth-best mark by any player at any level of the NCAA during the 2020 season … Finished with a 3-1 record during the year ... Came through with a win in her first appearance after working five innings of relief at Roanoke on February 22 … Earned her first start and fired a six-inning gem while nabbing another win against Arcadia on February 28 … Picked up her final victory with four innings of two-hit ball against McDaniel on March 1 … Also garnered a save after striking out five in two innings of relief at Emory & Henry on February 23 … Made a start in the season finale against No. 5 Illinois Wesleyan on March 7 … Struck out at least two batters in each of her six appearances … Finished with a 2.03 ERA in 20.2 innings of work … Received Academic All-Conference honors for her strong work off the field as well.
