2008 - Freshman Season - Came off the bench to roll for 63 yards on ten carries in the Greensboro game and, then added 39 more yards on ten carries against Maryville and a season-high 72 yards, including a touchdown, versus Methodist...Even added six total tackles.

AT TABB - First team all-region and all-Bay Rivers District as a senior and first team all-district and honorable mention all-region as a junior...As a sophomore, playing in Europe, he was first team all-European running back for a team that won the Division II championship...In school he was a library assistant.

PERSONAL - Corey DeShawn Legister was born March 27, 1990 at Beale Air Force Base, California...The son of Dave Legister and Anita Shands, has chosen Sociology as his major...Has two brothers, Derrell,17 and Gregory, 10 and a sister Aysia, 4.
