JEKYLL ISLAND, Ga. - The CNU golf team finished a respectable tied for seventh place among 27 top Division III teams at the Jekyll Island Collegiate Invitational at the Pines Lake Golf Course this weekend.
  CNU shot a 296-302-303--901 total, just five shots out of fourth place.
  The Captains were led by Joe Evans who tied for 12th among 134 players with a steadily improving 77-74-72--223. Brian Jaeger was tied for 33rd at 72-78-77--227, while Chris Olson tied for 50th place at 72-75-83--230.
  CNU next plays in the Glen Heath Invitational in Williamsburg, Va. April 5-6.
