Bad Weather Forces Baseball Schedule Changes

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - The recent storms experienced in the Middle Atlantic region have forced some changes to the season-opening baseball schedule..
The Captains will not play at Hampden-Sydney Tuesday to open the season, but instead will host the Tigers at Captains Park Thursday at 2:30.
The Wednesday game with St. Mary's that was to be CNU's home opener will now be played Saturday at 1:00 at Captains Park.
In addition, the home game with Randolph-Macon, originally set for Feb. 17, will now be played as a doubleheader on Sunday beginning at noon.
