"The girls hit a flawless routine," CNU Head Coach Erica Flanigan said. "The best that I have ever seen them perform. This was our last event for the year and it was the perfect way to end such an amazing season. We have worked so hard and come so far this year and I know that they are all excited about the future of the CNU Cheerleading program."
Coach Flanigan would like to sincerely thank those who came out to support the team at the exhibition this past Friday. Also, she would like to thank Director of Athletics C.J. Woollum, the athletic department, President Paul S. Trible, Jr., and the entire administration for all of your support this year. "I have never seen such support for cheerleading in my eight years at Christopher Newport. It has been truly amazing."
