• Two-time USILA All-American and the first in program history to collect the honor; also a USILA Scholar All-American
• Two-time All-Region, All-State, and All-Conference selection
• Finished career as the second all-time leading goal scorer (102 g) and third all-time leading scorer (138 pts) in program history

 
Foster made history for the nationally-ranked Christopher Newport men's lacrosse program when he became the first player to earn All-American plaudits in 2016. He repeated as an honorable mention All-American as a sophomore and still remains one of only three players to garner multiple USILA All-America certificates during his career. He also was named the first IMLCA All-Region pick and a two-time pick as one of the top players in the area.
 
On the field, Foster helped set the stage for the Captains to take the next step toward national prominence with a masterful offensive career. He finished his four-year tenure with 138 points on 102 career goals and 36 assists. He wrapped up the most decorated career in program history with 128 groundballs and 30 caused turnovers while playing in the midfield, taking 386 shots with 212 on goal (.549 SOG%).
