Kaitlin Quigley holds the impressive distinction of being one of only about a dozen players in any sports throughout the history of the USA South Athletic Conference to be named Conference Player of the Year three times or more. The only three-time Conference Player of the Year in USA South women's lacrosse history, Quigley captured the honor from 2009-2011. The Captains' midfielder was also the first player in program history to collect first team IWLCA All-Region honors multiple times in her career, while also earning the All-Region recognition a record three times.
Playing with her fellow HOF inductee, Meghan Harkey, Quigley completed her career ranked second to only Harkey in career points (313). She also set the standard for career goals scored, with 222, and added 91 assists, which still ranks third in program lore. The solid all-around midfielder also graduated as the career record holder in draw controls (188), before seeing that mark broken last season. She is the all-time leader in games played (77), and games started (75), and, like Harkey, helped usher in a tradition of winning for the women's lacrosse program, setting a new standard for success.
