Brittany Collins was CNU Volleyball's first ever AVCA All-American, earning honorable mention honors twice. She twice earned first team All-Region honors and the USA South Player of the Year award.

Collins was also a four-time All-Conference honoree, earning three first team nods. She was a three-time USA South Tournament MVP. Collins was twice named VaSID Player of the Year in the commonwealth and was a three-time All-State selection.

She was the first player to post at least 1,000 assists in four consecutive seasons and eventually finished with a program-record 5,103 in her career. Collins was also the second Captain to post 100 aces in a season and eventually reached that mark three times on the way to a program-best 441. She still ranks first all-time in career assists, by over 1,100, and service aces, by nearly 100. Collins also ranks third all-time in digs, and graduated second all-time in sets played (still fifth).

She helped CNU win three conference championships in four years.
