Playing alongside fellow Hall of Fame inductee Abby Hogge, Bailey Jensen was one of the most dominant forces to ever take the court for CNU volleyball. The first player in program history to earn first team All-American honors when she collected the recognition following her senior year, Jensen was also just the fifth player to earn multiple All-American selections during her career. Her senior year saw the middle blocker named USA South Conference Player of the Year as well as VaSID State Player of the Year. She pieced together one of the finest seasons in CNU history, posting a .382 hitting percentage, ranked 8th nationally, while collecting 129 blocks, ranked third all-time at CNU.

Jensen stockpiled awards throughout her senior campaign after a dominating performance on the court. During the course of her career, Jensen rewrote CNU's record books. One of only three players to eclipse 400 career blocks, she is the lone Captain to have flirted with 500, finishing as the all-time leader with 486. She boasts three of the top-10 single-season marks, including a single-season record 150 during her junior year. Her .311 career hitting percentage ranked fourth and her 1,259 career kills ranked sixth on the all-time charts at the end of her career and still remain unmoved in those spots today.
