Lofton, Wampler Lead Cross Country at George Mason Meet

ARLINGTON, Va. – Corey Lofton and Amy Wampler each finished in the top 40 at a primarily Division I meet at the George Mason Invitational Saturday.
Lofton placed 34th of 109 runners in 26:34. Aaron Zook was 64th in 27:58.
Wampler placed 38th among 86 runners with a time of 23:35. Brooke Rowe finished 46th with a time of 23:57.
CNU competes at the Gettysburg Invitational on Oct. 17.
