  NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - The seventh-ranked CNU men's soccer team scored two second half goals and took a 2-0 victory over Mary Washington Wednesday night at Captains Field.
  After a scoreless first half, sophomore Nao Masuda broke the deadlock with his fifth goal of the season, from in front of the goal on a pass from sophomore Winston Mattheisen in the 58th minute.
  In the 75th minute freshman Kyle Rose netted his second goal of the year off a crossing pass from freshman Andrew Bonorden.
  CNU goalkeeper, sophomore Justin Wolfe had to make just one save in recording his fourth shutout. The Captains out-shot the Eagles, 11-4.
  CNU is now 14-2 and closes the regular season at Averett Friday and Ferrum Saturday. Mary Washington is now 11-6-1.
