NEWPORT NEWS, VA – With Basketball season fast approaching that means it’s time for you to purchase your season tickets!
The 2009-2010 CNU Basketball campaign is shaping up to be a great one for Christopher Newport.
C.J. Woollum’s men’s squad is coming off an 18 win regular season, a regular season conference championship and returns three starters. The Captains men’s squad is ranked in the pre-season top 40.
Carolyn Hunter’s women’s team is coming off a remarkable 22-7 season that saw them win the USA South championship and advance to the NCAA tournament. Hunter’s squad returns All American junior Chelsie Schweers and the top six scorers from last season.
Season tickets ensure that you will have the best seats in the house for what could be one of the finest seasons in CNU basketball history.
